Carmagic, LLC Return Policy
Customer must notify Carmagic, LLC, within 24 hours after receipt of each shipment, any shortage, wrong parts, damage, and loss of products delivered. If damage or loss of merchandise has resulted from handling during transportation, you must make a claim directly with the delivery carrier.
All products to be returned must be autorized via email. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, and must be returned within 30 days of order date.
All returned products must be unused, resalable and still in the original, undamaged package and purchased within the last 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted only from the customer directly.
Defective items will be replaced or credited. Carmagic, LLC does not guarantee products that become defective due to improper installation or improper use.
